Service Description

Monthly Guided Meditation How to Prepare: - Arrive about 10 minutes early. - Wear comfortable clothes such as sweatpants or leggings and a t-shirt. - Come ready to relax, release all stress and tension, and to receive deeply. - You will lay down on your back: o on a yoga mat, on your couch or on your bed o under a blanket o a pillow under your head o an eye pillow over your eyes o a bolster under your knees, if desired o all to deepen relaxation - The lights will be low. - Soft, relaxing music may be playing in the background. - I will gently guide you into a deep state of peace and relaxation both physically or energetically, using my voice. Together we will journey to a beautiful space in nature where you may meet a guide or loved one and receive a special message. - You will emerge refreshed and renewed, ready to begin your weekend in a grounded, blissful way.
