We provide yoga for ALL ages and body types.

- Please arrive 15 minutes before your 1st session as you will need register and ensure a space in class.
- Please bring your own mat.
- If you do arrive late, please be sure to enter quietly.
- Wear comfortable clothing in which you can move easily, that is not too loose.
- Please turn your cell phone off or to silent.
Kiddie: Ages 5 – 9
Kids will learn various yoga poses with an emphasis on mindful play, body awareness, and breathing. They will also play yoga games and experience guided relaxation and visualization. We will instill a sense of self awareness while they are having fun.
Teen: Ages 10 – 14
Teens will learn various tools for stress relief and stress management, such as basic yoga poses and conscious breathing. They will also engage in kinesthetic play, and relaxation and visualization exercises. They may even participate in walks around the grounds to spend time in and develop an appreciation for nature.
Adult: Ages – 15 – 95
Most classes are beginner/gentle classes with options for full expression of poses for the more advanced practitioner. No experience is needed and all are welcome. The emphasis is on honoring ourselves and our bodies throughout our practice and continuing that self-care off the mat. Coming into and staying fully in the present moment is the basis for these classes.
Chair: Ages – All
This class ideal for those with injuries and seniors, as well as beginners and those who are looking for a more gentle experience. Almost the entire class takes place while seated in a chair, yet it is a complete practice working the entire body.
